They were on the Today show this morning recreating the dance live on their outdoor stage. Okay, I thought it was cute. But what does it say about "lowest common denominator" entertainment when this makes them famous? I guess the good news is, it sure makes a lot of the dumb stunts we do on morning shows look a lot better.

I can see where somebody would find it disrepectful. If you're marrying in a church and you're a believer, marriage is a solemn ceremony, a holy sacrament. Now as soon as the "I do's " are said, it's a celebration and more upbeat activity is appropriate.
If you're just a bunch of frat boys and sorority girls who are just getting married in the church to make mom and dad happy, it's cool.
But hey, it's their wedding, let 'em do what they want. Might not be for me or others, but I wasn't the one getting married.
Next time I get married I want Jay to dance me down the aisle.
