HUNTINGTON -- Dennis Ray Mills was found not guilty Thursday in the death of Randy Lee Gue Jr. Mills, 51, testified on his own behalf this afternoon.

Milton Hayride Accident

Milton, WV (HNN) – A tractor pulling a wagon filled with approximately 25 people went over a hill in the 3100 block of Mud River Road at about 10 p.m. Friday night, September 12.
According to the latest word from dispatch, four individuals were injured in the accident. They were taken to St. Mary’s Hospital. Initial reports indicate that the tractor struck a gas meter and rolled over the hill.
The extinct of injuries to those taken to St. Mary’s is unknown at this time.

The teenagers was involved in an incident in Lincoln County, but information from the State Police detachment in that county was incomplete, he said....
