Randall Southern’s Southern Communications Corporation purchases Silent 1250 WYKM/93.7 W229CY Rupert WV from the estate of Betty Dorsey Crookshanks’ Mountain State Broadcasting Company for $30,000. The buyer owns five stations in the Beckly market.
