Station Quality

I think the local stations have seen a huge shift in quality in the past couple of years. I think WSAZ is 110% better after HD shift and WOWK is getting better. However, I think WCHS/WVAH have drastically went downhill in quality and I now prefer 13 over them. Thoughts?
