If they're old enough to pee, they're old enough for me..
I stumbled across this Charleston news article in the 40s. Not unusual really, as my first brother-in-law knocked up his girlfriend at 13 back in 1970.

I know of two exact situations like this that happened back in the 90's, only with one couple, the girl was 14 and the guy was 26.
Her mom didn't seem to care... She signed papers allowing it to happen, somehow.
The other one, the girl was 15 and the guy was 23.
Same deal. Parents signed papers.
These days, even if the parents didn't chase these guys off, the neighbors would.
