With his weight and ugliness, I'm amazed that he hasn't stroked out yet. Unfortunately, people in his shape today can come back again and again for pacemakers, implanted defibrillators and other robo cop goodies. This guy is the type that will cost the system hundreds of thousands of dollars before it's over.
