State troopers in Lincoln County said the suspect is on the run.
HAMLIN -- The West Virginia State Police troopers in Lincoln County are on the search for a man who held a town worker at knifepoint Monday morning.
State police said around 10:50 a.m. a man held a town garbage truck driver at knife point and demanded money. It happened on River Road in Harts.
The suspect then fled on a red ATV. Police said the suspect has brown, bushy hair and he was wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, and brown boots.
The garbage truck driver was not injured.
