It's on the "Big Stiff" Records Box Set.
It's "Silver Shirt" by Plummet Airlines (one of the first Stiff singles from back in 1976).
If any of you all happen to see it on any of your favorite music acquiring locales, point it out to me or pick it up for me if you would.
