That moron on NBCs "Today Show.... no let's start over: That "real estate expert" on NBC's Today show has once again claimed that Charleston WV was one of the top 5 places in the nation for good recovery and increasing property values. The woman has never been here, and yet seems to think this is one of the hottest spots in the nation for things like "culture". I've watched her reports over the last 2 years and there's no doubt in my mind that she has always confused Charleston WV with Charleston S.C. On yesterdays show for instance, they rolled video of Charleston WV as she talked. Below are some screen shots of that video:
