I have problems with the government doing warantless wiretaps/searches of any US Citizen (non citizens, have at it, you aren't a citizen, you aren't entitled to full Constitutional rights). Journalists deserve no more protection from this than I do... The 4th and 5th Amendments make no such distinction.
