WTRF is currently off the air. According to their website "WTRF-FOX Ohio Valley-ABC Ohio Valley are NOT transmitting in digital format at this time because of a transmission problem. We have an out-of-state crew working on the problem and will have it restored, hopefully, sometime Friday (2-20-09). We are no longer offering an analog signal. We are only currently just seen on Comcast Cable."
Maybe they shouldn't have flipped to all digital after all.
Did they flip too soon?

"We have an out-of-state crew working on it".
Antenna, feedline, or transmitter?
Sounds expensive.

ZThey came up back up at about 10:00 am. I did notice that they were down for atleast 12 hours, as I tried to turn them on last night. My cable provider is a small company and does not recieve the direct feed like comcast.

They didn't flip too soon. This is just WTRF keeping up its tradition of sucking.

Re: Did they flip too soon?
It seems to happen to them a lot. Tried to watch the race on their Fox station on cable tonight. When the signal wasn't locking up, their master control operator was apparently experiencing a quick trigger finger on the break button, because they kept rolling during live action.
