Dissolves or cuts are always better than cheesy box effects.
Watch out when you don't use auto-iris, the sun will appear bright.
Watch oout when you use auWho is Janelle?to-iris, a bright light can spoil an otherwise nicely shot picture.

yeah... it was a mess. I don't get the obsession with Edna, the avatar chick, either. The only thing I will say is she reminds me a great deal of the hottie who plays "Robbin" on How I Met Your Mother.

I always rely on dissolves and cuts which is why I went with cheesy box effects. And besides, this was shot on my old Sony PalmCam. We weren't going for quality here.

Three and half minutes you'll never get back? It was six hours for me...
