for my younger daughter Amanda, as she is a contestant this weekend in the West Virginia Miss Teen USA Pageant. She just finished the swimsuit competition, and will be doing evening gown tonight. During yesterday's interview segment, she got to speak about being in WRSG's Summer Radio program. She's just hoping for Miss Congeniality. She's had a hard time of it, because she missed out on Homecoming. I know a lot of you are dads, so you know from where I speak.

Seriously, we'll find out this afternoon. Nine of the semi-finalists are competing again. Another girl from Tyler will probably place higher, but it's all a learning experience. I've learned that this is VERY expensive.
