Two Questions That Have Caused Me To Lose Sleep..

You may, of course, apply all of your usual comedic tendencies in answering these questions, but I seriously would like to know the answers:

1). Say that we are playing eight ball and during my break I sink a stripe and a solid. I then choose to play solids and continue to sink all balls through the eight ball. Does that still count as me having "run the table" even though I knocked in a stripe on the break?

2). Is "Stop Here On Red" to be interpreted as meaning the same thing as "No Turn On Red"?
