Our friend Jacob is in the Western Regional Jail as a corrections offender.
Probably as a transfer from some other regional jail.
Trouble adjusting?

According to the rap sheep provided at the bottom of the wvrja.com page for Larese, He has gained a felony from the department of corrections.
I suppose that an assault or smuggling in jail could get you one of those.
