Clear Channel makes another round of cutbacks.

If it's about broadcasting, radio, TV, satellite, cable, this is where to talk about it.

Clear Channel makes another round of cutbacks.

Post by EZ103.3FM »

Nothing from any WV stations that I saw, but there were cutbacks in Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh & Philadelphia.

Here's a list from allaccess.com: http://www.allaccess.com/net-news/archi ... ar-channel

Yesterday's article from fmqb.com includes cutback news: http://fmqb.com/article.asp?id=2588499

And here's an article with a list from radioinsight.com: http://radioinsight.com/blog/headlines/ ... some-more/

At the rate CC is downsizing in Philly, they will only have a handful of part timers minding the boards at remotes and in the studio. Almost every broadcast on a CC signal originates from another market and is beamed into the facilty on Presidential Blvd. Very sad.

I doubt Cheap Channel even has a dozen live on air people left in Huntington.

Even KEE is mostly automated or satellite now. I'd say most of the live they have left is on WTCR.
