WOWK-TV, Hungtington/Charleston, WV...ELISABETH SHAFFER is moving to a new role for this West Virginia Media owned CBS affiliate. She'll head up the Huntington news center as Assignment Manager. She's been ND here for the past year and spent the previous 30 years working for WCHS-TV in Charleston.

New news director named. Spent 8 months as a news director in market 176, before that he worked the assignment desk in larger markets. Any bets how long this one will last?

WOWK-TV, Charleston/Huntington, WV...KEITH BAKER has been named ND for this West Virginia Media Holdings CBS affiliate. Since April, Keith's been ND for WBBJ-TV in Jackson, TN. He's also worked in New Bern, NC, Tampa, and Pittsburgh. At WOWK, he replaces ELIZABETH SHAFFER who is staying with the station as Assignment Manager in Huntington.
