Now actually a WV story, they are proposing to operate from a tower across from Huntington in southern Ohio.
Here's the plan. WWQB, now a c.p. on 99.7, will switch channels with WUGO, Grayson, KY. WUGO will operate on 99.7 at their present site, while WWQB will build on 102.3 at this new site. Both stations will stay Class A.
