Gun pulled on TV reporter during taping of story

This is a good place to drop general and weird news, entertainment, and general show prep material that might be interesting to air talent or producers. Hot dog threads ALWAYS welcome.

STILL CALLED BRANDISHING, A MISDEMEANOR.
Pulling your coat back and displaying a holstered weapon in a provocative way is also brandishing.
These days pointing a gun could be called terroristic threatening.
So, If you pull it, use it.

In the clip, the sheriff says the guy can be charged with aggravated assault. I don't know if he was talking about the displaying of the gun or when the guy pushed the camera to one side.

The assault would be the pushing of the camera.
Brandishing could be an aggravating factor.
Stupid doesn't count.
