Pirate in Charleston

If it's about broadcasting, radio, TV, satellite, cable, this is where to talk about it.

Pirate in Charleston

Post by djsandman »

If you live in or near Charleston, check out 90.3 or 102.3. I noticed this pirate a few years ago and it pumps out some pretty good juice, nice processing, and it's also in stereo. They started on 102.3 Wednesday morning and mimiced Electric 102, and then shifted to 90.3 and switched to playing country. Oddly enough, they were simulcasting Electric around 2pm on Wednesday.

Same type of sporadic behavior, as noted a few years ago (jumping around freqs and formats) and I think they're broadcasting from the South Hills area.
