Does this still even exist? Has there been any movement on this front?

Just a sham for CC. Any and all decisions were made by CC in Texas. The trust had a broker out of Az. They just wanted way too much for Ironton and Milton. What a company that CC is, always watch your back.

The Aloha trust was created with the privatization of CC. Many market clusters were assembled under an earlier interpretation of ownership rules (based on overlapping signal contours to define a market); this was changed for rated markets.

Obvious assumption from the name (means hello and goodbye) that the ownership rules might be liberalized. Not going to happen under this administration. So the Aloha stations have been subject to some of the few sales of stations by CC.
