Formerly called the Sci Fi Channel, Syfy was once home to dozens of science fiction programmes. But has it forsaken its geek audience?

At least the Science Channel is rebroadcasting Joss Whedon's Firefly beginning next Sunday (March 6th) at 8:00 pm.
