I would suspect the job opening stems from Elliott. Not tlo point fingers at our older members, but he's not a youngling anymore.

Seems like the two of them had a fairly complimentary skill set that worked out -- Scott was the computer guy and did most IT involving the stations) while Elliott did more of the "radio" stuff -- fixing transmitters, STL's, redoing control rooms, things like that.
