CHARLESTON, W. Va. (WSAZ)— Police arrested Kizzy Tyler and Charles Pannell early Thursday, charging them with possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.
They work for the Roark-Sullivan Lifeway Center, which as part of its mission helps people with substance abuse issues.
Managers of the center say they fully plan to conduct their own internal investigation.
They'll also re-train all employees on policies dealing with drug use.
