You can't call the Barboursville Walmart. Been out for three days. Home office says it's Frontier's fault.
I am now getting six telemarketer calls a day. I am on the do not call list. This started the week after Frontier took over. I did not have this problem before. (Is Frontier selling numbers without reguard to the DNC list?)
In re: no "site builder" for my website....message left on my machine says "We do not provide such a service. I suggest you Google for a free program." F'n liars.
They are failing and failing fast.

If DSL is your only option, you should consider switching to Fibernet. Granted, Fibernet still must rely on Frontier to fix most issues but I have found their customer service to be much better.
If you can get Comcast or Suddenlink, I would switch in a heartbeat. Ditch the land line. You will not miss it.
They have the Verizon guys, why do they need more? Just a smoke screen to hide the fact they can't handle the load even with Verizon's people, so they can tell the politicians they're tryin'!
By the way....most of my telemarketer calls come from Virginia.

A lot of the Verizon guys retired just before Frontier took over.
They were afraid that their retirement would be worth less under frontier.
Verizon did not have enough people either.
When my phone in Huntington went out,
they sent a guy from Clarksburg to fix it.
BTW: Frontier is partially owned by Verizon.

Now that brings a new perspective. I had heard that there was going to be a big pay out to Verizon, don't know by whom but thought it was the feds. I always thought it was odd that a small company would take on so many deficiencies in an acquisition that even a large organization like Verizon couldn't fix or was unwilling to take care of; in the interest of prospering the business. What chance does a small company like Frontier have? Me thinks there is and was something fishy but no news or even the unions ever spelled it out. Anyone know or have any scoop?
