Re: Mark Lowery
I wonder if they checked Mark's body for drugs? Recently a friend of mine had Mark up to a tower site to talk to him about moving the tower and he said he was talking crazy like maybe he was on drugs and his wife seemed to be covering for him. Another friend got stuck with unfinished tower work from a month or so before he was killed, and had received partial payment, which is unlike the Mark I knew.

http://www.wsaz.com/news/headlines/UPDA ... _Jury.htmlUPDATE 1/31/11 @ 2:30 p.m.
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) --The wife of a Huntington man shot to death back in July has learned how much time she will spend in prison after admitting to being involved with a Detroit drug organization operating in Huntington
In October, Terri Lynette Burns, 43. pleaded guilty to a federal drug charge.
Monday, Burns was sentenced to 71 months in a federal prison during a hearing in U.S. District Courtt in Huntington.
In August, a federal grand jury indicted Burns on a charge of aiding and abetting in the distribution of 5 grams or more of crack cocaine on or about May 6, 2009, in Huntington.
The investigation revealed that Burns brokered several drug deals between a confidential informant and members of a Detroit known as the “Cash Out Crips.”
Burns, who now goes by Terri Lowry, was with her husband, Mark, 48, when he was shot and killed in an alley adjacent to the 1600 block of 11th Avenue on July 27.
