Frontier First Failure

I'm not even an official customer yet and have problems with Frontier. Can't log into verizon, no longer a customer. Can't log in to Frontier, not a customer yet. Meaning....I can't get to my old web site. The problem thickens....Frontier offers personal web space but can't tell how much cause I can't log in. I liked Verizon for I used the "site builder" to make the site. Frontier has no such service and suggests you "purchase" a program or learn HTML and FTP. What? I didn't have to do that before and shouldn't have to now. How did this get "lost" in the deal? Contract breach plain and simple.

I want back what I had and I'm not going to pay extra for it!

Make me whole Frontier!

UPDATE: Eight days after switch....

Still not a Verizon customer or Frontier customer. A blurb at Verizon says something about August/September.

I have Verizon for phone and internet. when the switch was made I had NO problem. Frontier told me that my Verizon email would continue as Verizon.net and when it would change to Frontier the Verizon email would be sent to the new email address for a long time and that they would notify when the Verizon email would be deleated. I just got Verizon high speed the last of June as we could not get it here or even a cable modem. I got phone and internet for 59.99 and for 15.00 more i got 500 minuets of overseas long distance. also on the phone i got unlimited long distance US wise and canada and porto rico but i don't no any one there, only US. sofar I have been happy with everything. I was paying about 100.00 for long distance. so not counting what the phone and internet was costing it looks like i can save a lot of money. and this if for one year and then it can be extended for another year. but even when it will go up it will only go up 10.00 a month. still a big savings for me.

I just had my first work encounter with Frontier. AN ISDN line that was installed and checked on 6/24(when it was still Verizon) is now not working. Calling the same repair number that I have always called let me give the "computer girl" the line information, then she told me that I would have to call the new Frontier number. I was on hold with Frontier for the next available person for about 5 minutes. When I gave the guy the information he said that he would put me in direct contact with someone to check the line. I was then put back on hold for 30 minutes, before someone came back on the line and asked me for the same information again and then he gave me a service ticket number and then he thanked me for calling Frontier.

Not too impressed with them so far...........

Got the "E-mail" notice three days ago. Frontier mail now works. Still no account number so still not a "customer". Still can't access my web page. No response to the "no site builder" complaint but did get a "sorry for your..." e-mail. Now begining to see "Contractor For Frontier" trucks in the area. Verizon guys can kiss the ol' ass goodbye. Soon as the contract is up....just watch.

Personal Web Space....or the lack there of.

Page counters don't work (must use theirs). All audio lost. Can't find out how much space I have for you must be on Frontier.net not .com to log in to security page?

I do not know writing "code" or FTP and I'm not gonna know! I'm not gonna buy programs to cover what I lost with Frontier either!
By deleting functions Verizon provided, Frontier is in breach of contract. By next week they will very well know about it! Letters will go out to the WV Atty. General's Office, WV Public Service Commission and Frontier Communications stating as much.

Frontier will give me back what I had or will buy what I need to get back what I had and I hope they have to do this for every Verizon customer that had and used the Personal web space!

At this point....Frontier SUCKS !!
