BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One man is dead and another has been transported to the hospital after a copper theft went wrong Monday.
Boone County emergency dispatchers tell WSAZ.com the incident was called in at 2:40 p.m. Monday. They say it happened in the Easter Hollow area of Camp Creek.
West Virginia State Police are investigating and expect to release further details shortly.

I really need to send the fine folks of Southern WV a map to Tyler County so these copper capers may continue. We've got a ton of old TV cable line that no one else is using.
