I think you guys should focus your attention on the real criminals in Putnam County like Troy Sexton. Trespassing and beating the living daylights out of your kids offers no comparison. I don't think Mr. Hallburn has scarred anybody for life. I was a victim of abuse as a child. And to see this man who just thumbs his nose at the system and get away with it and nobody seems to be looking out for those children. It is our DUTY our RESPONSIBILITY as West Virginians to look out for those who can't look out for themselves. Troy Sexton is one of those people who believes 911 was an Inside Job. He made a video about it with HIS KIDS IN IT in Washington DC. Not only does he abuse the kids physically he abuses them emotionally and psychologically. Media figures and outlets, like PutnamLive, need to report on this, and I congratulate Mark for updating the abusive Sexton on his website.
