I saw the setup for this on the NFL Network but never watched the segment itself. Pretty funny the way they showed multiple guys running the 40 at once as a means of comparison...

I think the "multiple guys" were individual frames of the same guy during one of his sprints.

No, I was referring to Rich Eisen, Terrence Cody, and the fast guy being shown simultaneously. The individual frames of Eisen were pretty funny to see as well, though.

ESPN did a similar thing last summer with sprinter Usain Bolt versus a bunch of ESPN staffers.
Funny stuff.
