If it's about broadcasting, radio, TV, satellite, cable, this is where to talk about it.

Am I reading that right? The Planet goes 3.3 to a 4.2 to a 7.4?

I'd love to be a little bug in various offices at CC where these ratings are discussed:

* Did someone think by killing KISS all those listeners will stick around to be added to WAMX's ratings? Is there even the tiniest chance that will happen?

* Will they be happy they have eviscerated the ratings that WTCR and WIRO were adding to CC? Doesn't look like that new sports talk is doing well for them, does it?

* Do they realize that their premier country station is being dogged by others?

Separately, will Kindred ever figure out how to do talk? Or will this market be forever stuck with two former Huntington mayors talking to themselves? And will THEY ever figure out that sports talk is apparently pretty much a non-starter outside the hour a day or so local shows?

That still cracks me up. Congrats on the ratings success.

Bow before the power that is the WCMI-FM call letters.

It works everytime.

Whatever. Didn't I tell you years ago the call letters were WIN? And you found out, didn't you?

I bet you are loving having Kentucky basketball on FM given this season too. Unfortunately your WCMI-FM doesn't play the coach's show or the Cats Pause show like the Martin owned one did.

Tell me?

Lucky it's just the call letters. Reeves is now free to change the format to weather-updates and shut off 98.5.
