A great example of how real science works. This guy's report is mistaken, the mistake is pointed out and it is discredited. There is, of course, not a single part of this story that discredits any of the tenets of global warming theory.
The good news is, you "debunkers" have lost. The best you can do is hysterical rantings by the likes of Glenn Beck and pointing out the few errors in thousands of studies( like nobody in 30 some years of scientific study by literally thousands of scientists is ever going to make an error), and treating storied fabricated from cheap cloth like they are the Messianic delivery from the evils of...ahhh....socialism, something most of you wouldn't know if it bit you in the ass. History is passing you by , and while you may slow the process and thus make the world a more difficult place for your children and grandchildren ( I know, you don't care, it doesn't affect you), the process to protect the planet has indeed begun and will not be stopped. Whether it will be enough and in time is surely debatable, but it has begun.

I'm not a right winger... I am one of a slew of Indies who have abandoned Obama and his loser platform, after giving him a chance to be better than a progressive partisan.

I don't care who wants cap & trade more... I think that it's an economic gallows for this country. It unfairly punishes American taxpayers and our lifestyles while letting the rest of the world off the hook. It doesn't solve pollution problems... It's a massive power grab.

Why would Exxon, Shell, or any other big energy megacorp care? All they will do is pass on the added costs to consumers... They don't lose anything in the long run. Heck, BP runs ads all the time welcoming alternate energy. Not only will they be able to charge more for the same energy, but they stand to gain billions in government R&D grants.

All I'm saying is global warming is dead as a political issue precisely because there is no more common ground. And the fact that our president and some in both parties in congress is willing to inflict C&T on the American people will only further alienate them from the issue all together.

That's the real harm to future generations...
