I'm glad I have had so much practice thru the years dealing with the times that the eers have choked... Makes it easier to deal with days like these when the Eeers choke in two different sports at the same time..

Breezy, if you continually bet against WVU in bowl games, you'd be 1 for 5 in the last 5 years. Is this straight-up or against the spread? I really want to know how you're making money each time with a losing bet 4 out of 5 times.

Well... the truth is that I haven't really bet in 10 years. The prior 20 years I did pretty darned good though. Today, all my bets are fantasy bets. :lol:

Actually, I hoped WVU would win this one.
I hate every Florida football team with a passion for a laundry list of reasons.
Professional. College. High School. Whatever.
Hate 'em all.

The Seminoles played in an emotionally charged game.
Bowden's last one, as well as that Assistant Coach dude.
The whole pre-game show was nothing more than a Bobby Bowden jack-fest.
WVU went in to halftime ahead, then laid down for FSU and played powderpuff football the whole second half.
Choke after choke after choke.
Dropped balls, missed catches, passes that landed in the other team's arms or ended up nowhere.

You can beat a team playing with a high emotional factor to win.
But you have to play them at 125% or even 150% of your capability.
Every damn quarter. Right down to the last second.
Good execution on every play. No fuck ups.
And you never let up. Ever.

WVU was not up to the task.
