Captain Picard promoted

This is a good place to drop general and weird news, entertainment, and general show prep material that might be interesting to air talent or producers. Hot dog threads ALWAYS welcome.

Sir Jean Luc Picard, Indeed.

I always liked Picard style better than the cowboy diplomacy of Shatner's Kirk.

I hate to start a fight like this, but Chris Pine did a better job of being "Kirk" than Shatner, but maybe that was beginner's luck.

I thoroughly enjoyed last year's movie, but I still can't understand how a Mustang could be driven so hard, being hundreds of years old, and also having access to tires. I suppose there would have to be ground-bound vehicles then, but perhaps they would be like hovercraft, not needing rubber. As to Pine over Shatner, amen. He did a great job, and I am hoping for another prequel. This could go on for a long time.

That is a hell of a mistake for a man.
But a common mistake for a Klingon.

Vulcans have similar issues because they do not have the emotional response to steel, fiberglass and big, cast iron block V8s like humans do.

Picard couldn't carry Kirk's phaser holster.

And so....let it begin.

From a description of me at birth, I sorta resembled a baby Klingon. Unfortunately, it's been all downhill from there
