They started a thread about how good their newspapers carriers were... then the Putz has to post:

I wish to go on the record that I do not know Mark Hallburn, never had a conversation with him, nor have I been introduced to him. I do know about his firing from Best Buy and his local radio disasters. The Putnam County Sheriff, Prosecutor, Mayor of Hurricane, local deputies, firemen and city police have disdain for him. He is a joke to all the above and an annoyance not to be taken seriously. "It is considered highly unlikely that even an individual who has sustained severe brain damage would perform this poorly.” This quote is from Hallburn's court ordered shrink.

I cross paths with him without even trying. Seeing him in the supermarket, government meetings and I’m told he shows up at broadcast remotes, where tee shirts, foods or other free items are given away. He has no idea who I am, and I am keeping it that way. His appearance is that of a poor, ignorant, typical “white trash” that you would not like to being into your home for your family to meet.

If Putnam County had a “Village Idiot” Mark Hallburn would be IT. As a native of West Virginia, I wish he would go back to California, so that we could quickly forget that we ever heard of him. Not one positive deed has come from this person. As the local officials say of him, “the only reason that he is still alive is because it’s against the law to shoot him”.
