Actually, I've seen stories on Honor killings in the past few years on every major network, cable and Newsweek. EVERYBODY covered those stories. It's been done for years.

Yes, but how many more of these have to happen before we realize that we may have a serious problem here with backwards extremists with a 7th century mentality who do not recognize our culture and laws? I imagine this will get worse before it gets better...

NOBODY gives a rat's ass about somebody in Russia sacrificing animals. I have slightly less fear about that than I do about getting hit by a meteor today.

If there was a large yearly Christian camp meeting in the middle of Texas that required the killing of 300,000 livestock for food, you can bet your butt that PETA and the leftist media complex would be howling for weeks about the "senseless slaughtering" of so many innocent animals by all these backward, crazy Christians. Even if it is part of their religious practices, it still must be stopped, because it's just not right.

I don't understand why so many on the left seem to have Stockholm Syndrome when it comes to Muslim extremists... They know that they are not their friends and are not a part of leftist politics in the least, but yet they seem all to eager to "respect" their culture and use it as a political billy club, esp when someone on the right voices concerns about it.
