I placed a video on YouTube concerning the Megan Williams story during the event. Nothing added up about it. But even with this new admission, it STILL doesnt add up!

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Seven people pleaded guilty for their part in abusing Megan Williams -- but now Williams says that abuse never happened.

She will hold a press conference Wednesday in Columbus, Ohio, to recant her claims of abuse, attorney Byron L. Potts, who represents Williams, told The Charleston Gazette on Tuesday night.

"She has decided she has been living this lie for approximately two years and she has decided to tell the truth," Potts said. "She fabricated the story and she did this in retaliation because she was having a relationship with one of them."

I love how she's doing it from ohio, too, can't even come back here in person to apologize in person for her lies and social disorder she caused.... and does this mean that the ha.. i mean advocacy group that came and marched on her behalf is gonna come and apologize as well for calling us all jew lovin' white devils?... and is she gonna give back all the money and gifts her family recieved as well.... really, she should be prosecuted if this is story is true....

Here's the problem: Megan Williams is S-L-O-W. The community she grew up in couldnt do anything with her. I know this because I talked to several in that community, including an assist pastor. Everyone knew from the get-go that she was a habitual liar, (mostly) due to her backwards brain function. Will this get her off the hook? Most likely. However, this whole affair may play out in several ways:

1... They'll claim that she isn't capable of knowing what she's saying after that "horrible incident".

2... They'll claim that she didnt know what she was saying DURING that horrible incident.

3... They'll get to her before this big announcement and talk her into calling it off.

But the fact remains that SOMEONE beat the hell out of her. Was it her "boyfriend"?

Guess we'll know something soon. But then the question remains.. what to believe?

I've found most people like her and her "supporters" are slow anyways..... compared to the rest of normal society..... her community DIDN'T do anything with her, which is the problem with most communities like hers, they just let their kids run around like wild animals, without even trying to raise them with any sense of whats right or wrong, just gimme gimme gimme.... no more social cop-outs are being accepted in the registry of my mind, people need to start actually being held responsible when they do crap like this. lock her and that set or leeching crackheads that claim to be "parents" up for a while. Theres definitely enough fraud charges that could be dug up out of that whole nearly year long media fiasco that they created to put the whole bunch away for a while...

Keep one thing in mind: You can only do so much with a person of age. They are free to do whatever they want once that age is reached. Also: Her local community didn't get too involved when the Shabazz thugs came to Charleston and held a huge protest on the Capitol steps. There was a reason for that....

Not really. They knew what they were dealing with and were afraid to back an untrustworthy individual.

I am sure the prosecutors knew of a problem with Megan.
But they had a slam dunk opportunity and the publicity would be SO GOOD.
Remember this is Logan County where normal rules do no apply.
I think you can divide by zero there because the answer is already determined
by someone in political authority.

As much as I joke my home town NONE of the people involved are truly represenative of what Logan County really is. The Brewster family have had more crimes credited to them that Kidd Conley has had wives. As for Megan, why is it the COMMUNITY's responsibility to take care of her?

Like I said many times when this whole thing happened: What you have here is a dysfunctional person running around with other dysfunctional people. When this happens, it's hard to know the REAL truth.

The (now alleged) perps were the perfect media family for Logan County.
A field day for the press. Maybe they will get their own reality show.
I am sure local lawyers have contacted them to talk about lawsuits
that they may file to compensate them for their trauma and loss of income
and personal reputation because of this incident.

So if the whole story is made up, why did the Brewster Clan (no pun intended) all plead guilty?

What about the possibility of getting them to plead to lesser charges in order to get a conviction? Remember, the authorities were under great pressure to get ANY kind of conviction, and they may have said: here's your choice, 50 years for kidnapping etc, or 7 to 10 for lesser charges. Thing is, it doesnt matter to me what they got becauase they probably deserved it. BUT... what if it were someone else, who didnt?

And how do you know she's telling the truth now? Maybe it's somewhere in between. Maybe the convicted did do something. Megan doesn't appear to be a very reliable witness for either story. Maybe they were all jus trying to get their own reality show. Nah.. then they would have had a balloon too.

And THAT is the key to this entire affair! Why would a lawyer take this case KNOWING that she's not capable of telling the truth? What's in it for him? Somethings just not right here BESIDES the obvious.

WOWK was in town today..doing the "man on the street thing". Saw them interviewing one drunk dude dressed all in cammo. Nice. That's what the world will see. In fact from what I witnessed the reporter walk right bad several people who looked at least halfway intelligent, choosing instead to speak to Goober, Jesco or whatever the fuck his name was. Nice.
