Today, I praise them.
After several days of nearly-impossible to watch programming, they not only fixed the problems, but they left a note on the door. That has NEVER happened before, having been a cable customer for well over 20 years.
Frankly, at this point, I'd put sound and picture quality up there with the best of them! This is the best cable service we've ever had. They were able to address problems that mighty Time-Warner ignored. Thanks, Vital Communications!
