Where's the news?

If it's about broadcasting, radio, TV, satellite, cable, this is where to talk about it.

Where's the news?

Post by CoolBreeze »

As I write this, about 17 hours have passed since a girl killed herself with a pistol on Capitol Street, and yet not a peep from anyone in the media so far....

Doesn't MSNBC stand for the Media that Spins the News for Barrack's Cabinet?

I'm getting conflicting reports: Three people say she died, while one says she had a pulse. She sat down at one of the tables in front of Spyros parking lot and pointed a pistol at her head. The bullet apparently went through her and into the parking lot attendants shack. ( I saw that hole ) Suicides in a public place usually make the news.... but again, not sure of the outcome or details yet.

Let's say the suicide happened in the middle of the Town Center Mall... or during a Marshal football game. Bet you'd cover it then. Suicides in a public place should be covered in my opinion, especially when there are both witnesses AND a possible danger to others.

It appears the girl was brain dead, and I understand the plug was to be pulled today.

No, then you'd have everyone killing themselves in public (or attempting) just to get headlines.
