No Funny Answers To This Question, Please

This is a good place to drop general and weird news, entertainment, and general show prep material that might be interesting to air talent or producers. Hot dog threads ALWAYS welcome.

Much more attractive than a Hot Wheels car. Thank you.

:D

Two questions, Mr. Reppert:

Who is Edna? I always assumed she was your Significant Other.
But maybe not.
A sister, friend, or co-worker?
Just curious.

And is "Edna" her real name?
If it isn't, I'm not asking you to reveal what her name really is.
I just wondered if Edna was just a screen name. I always figured it was.

Carry on.

Uh, this is harder than the original question at the beginning of the thread!

Let's just go with this for now: co-worker/friend.

Edna is her screen name. Which is a whole story in itself.

As for the "significant other", she'll be here in a few days. I'm told. According to the arrival date on the order form...

Secondly:

Edna has a stage name for me: "PaPa".

As if that helps the situation any...

I ordered one from the Philipines once, but it was dead when I got it. Then I ordered some of those sea monkeys, from an ad I saw in Sgt. Rock, they came dead too. Then I ordered one of those army sets for $2, that had so many troops and tanks and battleships and whatnot, and it came, and I had a lot of fun with that.

So, wanting to get a specific answer, you asked a question and then stopped gathering information when you got that specific answer...an answer that is both atypical and way outside the reality of the day-to-day operations of most radio stations.

I knew immediately that I'd regret posting in this thread.

"atypical and way outside the reality of the day-to-day operations of most radio stations" UNDER THE CURRENT STATE OF THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION OF THE COUNTRY WE LIVE IN.

NOW you should get the point.

Mark my words: the day is coming when this thread will probably be all you can think about.

And not because of Edna...
