I don't give a shit about my "brother worker", except in doing what I'm supposed to do and expecting him or her to do what they are supposed to do. They wouldn't give any more regard for me (and probably less than that) if we were union.
Right to work laws in states are the scourge that is destroying our nation and making places like Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana look more like Mexico instead of the US. And corporate leaders in their ivory towers are gloating from the savings they put in their pockets.
