American Lung Association Prefers Drunks?

This is a good place to drop general and weird news, entertainment, and general show prep material that might be interesting to air talent or producers. Hot dog threads ALWAYS welcome.

American Lung Association Prefers Drunks?

Post by CoolBreeze »

I heard on the radio this morning that the local American Lung Association here in WV was going to raise money by throwing an "all-you-can-drink" beer party for $10, in honor of St Patrick's day.

Does anyone find any irony in this? And do they then pass you on to the American Liver Org?

Apparently they prefer drunks over smokers.

Correction: I heard this on the radio segment (WQBE) of WCHS TV news this morning. It's Tuesday at the Kanawha River Cafe around 6pm.

The River's Edge Cafe is in Saint Albans.

The Kanawha River Deli and Cafe is in Chesapeake at the old marina.
