Ever been to the Blackhawk Saloon? It's across the railroad tracks and up the holler just at the edge of town. Doubt if you even know where it is... much less have ever gone there. Those people weren't bothering anyone. They just wanted to be left alone. That's not the way it is anymore here in Communist America where Big Brother is watching you just like the old KGB.
Paco (the owner of the Blackhawk) was pretty sure he'd eventually be shut down, but he had a "Plan B": He told me last summer that if and when that happened, he was going to open the nastiest Adult Book Store this side of Sodom & Gomorrah. The health dept will welcome that with open arms of course.
In the meantime, as long as we focus on smokers, we never have to worry about the REAL killer in America:
