Folksinger Odetta dead at 77

I know a few members of the board also enjoy the music of Odetta. Her legacy will always be remembered, although Joan Baez's latest album probably was the drove this wonderful singer to her grave.

Perhaps she and Yma Sumac can collaborate on some projects, now. World folk music...ah, now that would be worth hearing!

I agree with you there. I'm pretty much the same way.

"Obscure trivia" would have been a better, not-so-negative-sounding description.

I'm just fascinated with some of the things you post.
