Arbitron increase cell phone only sample

From All Access -- this is a much-needed change. To point, I presently live in a household that has three people who fit into the M18-34, M18-49, and M25-54 demos -- and no land line. We just don't need it here in the cell phone era.

Arbitron Ups Cell-Phone-Only Sample To Attract 18-34s

ARBITRON will be expanding its sample quality improvement programs for diary markets. The new efforts are designed to further enhance the participation of 18-34 year-olds in the company’s diary-based radio ratings services.

ARBITRON plans to:
* Add cell-phone-only households to the survey sample in 125 diary markets beginning with the FALL 2009 survey
