No Moe Moe's In Huntington?

This is a good place to drop general and weird news, entertainment, and general show prep material that might be interesting to air talent or producers. Hot dog threads ALWAYS welcome.

I haven't been to Moe's since before the last time they closed. It is sad, too, because I really like Moe's. I just can't go to Pullman, pass up 5 Guys and Benny's for Moe's.

I wonder if Pullman rent is on par with what is usual and customary around here. I somehow doubt it. :?
It seems to me that if they want to fill the rest of the retail space, they would lower the rent to entice some retail clients. Retail shoppers get hungry and patronize nearby restaurants and everyone wins.

What retail? The precious little retail in Pullman Square is part of the problem. You know a center like that is in big time world of hurt when they lease a prime corner to a drive in bank!

Separately, more on the Moe's deal:

As long as the super rich doctors, lawyers and bankers own downtown Huntington, nothing, and I mean NOTHING will prosper in downtown for very long!
