They didn't like the results, so they fired the company. Now THAT solved the problem!!
I have said before there is much more wrong at WVU and the 'Gov.' saying " ....stop the witch hunt...." only confirmred it for me.
Some one of power and authority should step up and say "Come clean on everything of loose your UNIVERSITY status !" Shure, it's a dream, but it would clean it up fast!
