Decision makers for the hearing impaired

My friends and I play "Decision Makers: What Did Bray say? The Drinking Game". We watch Decision Makers with the closed captioning on and the volume turned off. Whenever someone can't translate or understand what Bray Cary is saying by reading the closed captioning, they take a drink.
These are exact quotes from theclosed captioning of last week's show and what caused me to become plastered. Does anyone here know what he is talking about?

Bray:
"alright though have to do a Brian thanks for being with we'll have you back to talk more on education coming up we've got the interview that everyone is states arty buzzing about call Grandma bring in the kids and make Chernobyl in is touching the remote is worm in a make history right here on decision makers"

Bray:
"to me ask you one final question you get mountaineer blood run a figure your mountaineer what would happen if the mountaineer with one shot in his rifle met this will reign wall what happened"

These are good examples (yet small when compared to the whole show) of the captioning on every Decision Makers for the past few years. I guess there are not any hearing impaired viewers watching Decision Makers or he just doesn't care enough to fix it. I know that the Production crew at WOWK has brought these errors up several times and the answer has always been, "by law we have to provide captioning, the law does not say we have to be accurate. As long as we make the effort." I wonder who MAKES that DECISION?

Sad, but funny to watch or read that is.

It IS Bray. How do you KNOW that is not a letter perfect rendition of what he said? He's rich. He doesn't have to make sense. Fortunately for him.

I thought the law had an accuracy figure specified.
Who does the captioning for the show? Some external outfit?

[Donkey]

It is a voice recognition program where it types the text as you speak into the microphone. Knowing his budget, it's probably shareware. Is it me or does the program read like it was written by Borat?
As for the law on accuracy, I'm not sure, everyone around there is too afraid to look into it because Bray may take that as a indiction of "unhappy" employees. Right or wrong doesn't matter, only that you do what Bray and his investor managers tell you do. Maybe the Union folks will look into it.
I am telling you, if the people in this state knew a tenth of the stuff that happens within WVMH, then we would see Mike Garrison interviewing Bray Cary about his own leadership problems.
