I came across this story on "Peak Oil", very interesting read, and towards end of page see how the media fits in.

I find that partly believeable, and partly hype thats been spouted out over the last 10 years... Was a good read though.

Oh great... another story about "Peak Oil". Don't the speculators bump up the price $10 a gallon every time one of those comes out?

It is funny how you put that because it was a comment on Kudlow & Company by an investment banker that drove oil past $130.00/barrel. T. Boone Pickens has pushed the price of oil higher just by appearing on Squawk Box and rattling his jaws.
