...at $36 cash a share; close expected in about three months following what will have to be a new shareholder vote.

Is there any early scuttle on if the major shareholders are willing to take $36 a share?

Good question, since they balked at $37.60 a share not that long ago. Remember, too, that in Texas a 2/3 vote of the shareholders is required for approval of any new deal.

As reported elsewhere, $36/ share, plus higher interest payments--and it will have to go to a new vote of the shareholders. Expected close end of third quarter (September) we will see...
